TO RESERVE:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. The balance may be paid in the US before departure.
TO CANCEL:
We require 60 days advance notice (more for holiday bookings) to cancel. With that notice, we will refund your deposit minus 15% of the total rent. After that the deposit is not refundable.
